The Toledo Bar Association has put together a panel of Federal, State, and local speakers to discuss prisoner release and reentry programs. The program is scheduled for June 10, 2013, from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library McMaster Center Auditorium, 325 Michigan St., Toledo, OH.
